GMP Liquid Filling Line
- Our GMP filling line is equipped with sanitary style malty head automatic pump filler. It provides a highly accurate volu- metric filling system that precisely fills thin to highly viscous product from fraction of the ounce and larger. It automatically indexes and fills bottles according to pre-set operating parameters. The line is equipped with Automatic spindle cap tightener, it automatically places and tightens caps of various types of bottles. The induction sealer seals the cap to generate tamper evident, and hermetic seal of the container. The labeler on the line is capable of labeling square of rectangular bottles. A typical labeling speed for 2 litter square bottles would be up to 180 bottles per minute with accuracy +/-1 mm.
